Ma'een Human Resources is hiring a full‑time Marketing Specialist. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing policies for products and services. Main duties include setting overall and sub‑marketing objectives, developing policies, plans, and programs, analyzing product life cycles to identify success or failure factors, analyzing competitor pricing and establishing competitive pricing policies, defining promotion programs, selecting appropriate distribution channels and assessing campaign effectiveness, creating timelines for policy implementation, monitoring execution and results, conducting market tests for new products using specialized software, preparing specialized documents and reports, providing recommendations and storing them in the approved database

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising
• proficiency in preparing specialized reports and documents
