Advertising and Promotion Manager

Job description

Ma'een Human Resources is seeking an Advertising and Promotion Manager to join its team in Riyadh. The role oversees organization and management of promotion, advertising, and marketing activities in line with operational plans. Participates in preparing operational plans and implementation programs. Develops advertising tools and methods according to approved policies. Ensures staff compliance with policies and guides them toward best practices. Builds relationships with TV and radio stations, newspapers, magazines, telecom companies and other channels. Coordinates with internal and external partners to ensure campaign effectiveness. Monitors technical reporting, evaluates results and provides recommendations to senior management. Keeps up with the latest campaign techniques and ensures availability of required resources. Full‑time position based in Riyadh, requiring continuous coordination with internal units and external partners

Requirements

• 0 to 1 year experience in advertising or equivalent
• ability to participate in preparing operational plans and implementation programs
• good understanding of modern advertising tools and techniques
• excellent communication skills for building and managing partner relationships
• ability to monitor execution of advertising campaigns across media
• analytical skills to evaluate campaign results and provide recommendations
• ability to lead and supervise a team
