Senior Sourcing Specialist - Real Estate

Job description

The Senior Sourcing Specialist – Real Estate is responsible for identifying and securing new property opportunities that support company expansion and business objectives. Duties include sourcing suitable locations, conducting market research, evaluating opportunities, building relationships with landlords, developers and brokers, conducting site visits and assessments, analyzing rental costs and financial feasibility, preparing proposals and reports for management, coordinating with internal teams for acquisition and leasing, managing the sourcing pipeline, maintaining accurate records, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sourcing, leasing, property acquisition or commercial real estate
• proven track record of sourcing suitable locations and negotiating favorable lease agreements
• strong knowledge of real estate markets, rental rates and commercial leasing practices
• excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills
• ability to identify and evaluate potential locations based on business and operational requirements
• strong analytical skills including rental cost analysis and financial feasibility assessments
• experience working with landlords, developers, brokers and property consultants
• strong business development, market research and problem‑solving skills
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
• good command of Arabic and English
• knowledge of relevant real estate regulations, leasing procedures and contractual requirements.
