Chief Specialist, Asset Reliability

Job description

The Chief Specialist, Asset Reliability strengthens Ma’aden’s ability to maximize asset performance, availability and lifecycle value. Provides enterprise leadership for asset reliability, linking operational priorities, maintenance strategies, asset health insights and technology capabilities into an integrated approach across business units and sites. Creates value by shifting reliability decisions from reactive intervention to proactive, predictive and risk‑based approaches. Translates challenges into scalable business and technology solutions that improve equipment performance, reduce avoidable disruption and optimize total cost of ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance or a related discipline
• 10+ years of relevant experience in asset reliability, maintenance, asset management or industrial operations
• proficiency applying reliability engineering and maintenance strategies in asset‑intensive environments
• experience using digital, analytics or advanced technologies to improve asset reliability and maintenance outcomes
• experience influencing reliability priorities and outcomes across multiple functions or business units
• knowledge of asset reliability and reliability engineering
• knowledge of maintenance strategy and asset performance management
• knowledge of asset criticality and lifecycle optimization
• proficiency in predictive and condition‑based maintenance
• proficiency in reliability analytics and data‑driven decision‑making
• knowledge of total cost of ownership and value realization
• knowledge of digital and technology‑enabled reliability solutions
• systems thinking and solution integration
