Designated Engineer

You will serve as the primary technical liaison for enterprise and industrial customers, ensuring platforms run flawlessly and continuously evolve to meet emerging threats. Responsibilities include deploying the the employer solution, proactive maintenance, optimizing configurations, and driving platform adoption while collaborating with senior professional services engineers, Customer Success Managers, and cross‑functional teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in technical support, system administration, or technical consulting
• knowledge of networking concepts (OSI model, TCP/IP, VLANs, network architecture)
• knowledge of network infrastructure (firewalls, switches)
• knowledge of general cybersecurity principles and applications (Active Directory, PCAP analysis, security architecture)
• exposure to OT/ICS environments and protocols
• proficiency with AI‑enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, or decision‑making
• familiarity with Windows/FreeBSD/Unix/Linux OSs, virtualization, and basic scripting or API usage
• strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work independently and manage time across multiple customer engagements
• professional fluency in written and spoken English
• experience with the employer products or similar cybersecurity platforms
• technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, GICSP) are a plus
• 2+ years in a customer‑facing role for a cybersecurity vendor or system integrator
• ability to work effectively with AI‑assisted tools while applying sound professional judgement.
