HUB Digital Quality Specialist

Job description

This role defines and drives the digitalization of quality processes within the PGHV HUB MEA in line with the business unit strategy. Serves as process owner for key digital quality tools SAP‑QM and Digital Passport System (DPS). Manages full implementation of DPS to record and analyze critical‑to‑quality characteristics across hub factories, and implements SAP Quality Module to record and analyze failures. Acts as Business Process Owner for SAP Q Module, guiding and training local units per BU guidelines. Contributes to global BU SAP Quality Module guideline strategy, ensures traceability and customer quality reporting from DPS, and participates in Digital Factory development from a user perspective. Establishes a key user community across all hub units, implements and tracks KPIs for DPS and Digital Factory completeness, and drives processes to verify data quality along the value chain. Enables Digital Factory/DPS to verify end‑of‑line product quality, analyzes SAP Quality Notifications and Digital Factory data to launch Quality Improvement Projects, ensures compliance with external and internal regulations, and upholds the employer core values of safety and integrity.

Requirements

• Proficient in understanding quality processes and concepts in the SAP Quality Module
• 5+ years of experience with SAP S4/HANA
• prior industry experience and knowledge of quality management concepts
• preferred experience managing production or projects
• Six Sigma Black or Green Belt certification preferred
• ability to build a broad internal network and simplify complex work streams
