Job description

the employer is seeking a Quality Assurance and Technical Integration Specialist for Riyadh. The role involves manual product testing and technical coordination with government agencies. Testing includes reviewing features, models, documentation, permissions and government service integration, creating test cases and suites, and preparing defect reports with reproduction steps, expected and actual results, and screenshots, as well as verifying fixes with developers. It also includes reviewing Arabic content and right‑to‑left UI behavior, preparing questions and requests for the technical team, communicating with government entities in Arabic and English, explaining the the employer platform and requirements, identifying technical contacts, documenting meeting outcomes and follow‑ups, and accurately transferring technical information between external parties and the development team
