Job description

We are seeking a creative, commercially minded Senior Marketing Specialist to strengthen the employer's brand presence, execute marketing initiatives, support PR activities, and contribute to business growth and sales. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining brand identity, supporting brand strategies and campaigns, researching market trends and customer behavior, creating engaging content, coordinating with designers and copywriters, managing social media presence and content calendar, monitoring performance and recommending improvements, supporting PR strategies and media campaigns, identifying media and networking opportunities, assisting lead generation and business development, coordinating marketing projects from concept to execution, managing timelines and approvals, translating business requirements into clear creative briefs, tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports, and using data to drive enhancements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
• 4 years+ experience in marketing, branding, PR, social media, account management, or related role
• experience in brand management and marketing campaign execution
