Workface Planner - Piping

Job description

Responsibilities: develop Construction Volume (CV) and Installation Work Package (IWP) schedule to ISO level with subcontractor for IWP issuance and progress tracking. monitor IWP progress using MS Power BI. communicate with supervisor and subcontractor on each IWP status and tracking. review IWP schedule and inform the Superintendent (SI). ensure IWP completeness and accuracy. coordinate IWP execution with field supervision. modify, review or adjust IWP as needed. verify prerequisites for piping work such as local foundation, platform, structure, etc. validate CV with SI and generate 3D volume file.

Requirements

• minimum 5 years' piping construction experience
• advanced proficiency in MS Excel including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and Data Tables
• experience with 3D model review tools such as Naviswork and UniversalPlantViewer
• proficiency in Power BI
• strong organizational and documentation skills
• effective oral and written communication
• problem solving and conflict resolution skills
