Job description
Provides on‑site technical support, manages peripheral devices, and assists with Microsoft cloud technologies and IT infrastructure. Manages Windows devices, distributes and troubleshoots applications. Supports device management via Microsoft Intune and compliance policies. Manages user accounts, access and authentication in Microsoft Entra ID. Provides support for Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy. Monitors backups and resolves infrastructure issues. Delivers Level 1 and Level 2 support for end users, hardware, software and network connectivity. Maintains IT documentation, asset records and support tickets
