Job description

Employer: a real estate development company in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The role focuses on developing and executing digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects and designing ads and marketing materials using design tools and artificial intelligence. Responsibilities: design ads and posts; produce and edit images, videos, and creative content for social media platforms; manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize audience targeting; analyze campaign performance and prepare reports to improve return on ad spend; develop content aligned with the company’s visual identity

Requirements

• minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and design
• proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro or equivalents
• experience with generative AI tools such as Adobe Firefly and Midjourney
• experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads
• knowledge of marketing KPIs, conversion rates and cost per lead
• proficient in Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
• proficient in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• proficient in Social Media Management
• proficient in Data Analytics
• creative and analytical skills with ability to work in a team
• portfolio showcasing AI‑generated designs, campaigns and content
