Senior Site QA/QC Manager

Job description

Join the employer in Riyadh to lead project quality. Maintain overall consistency of quality supervision and line‑manage Quality Managers. Act as backup for Quality Managers during absences. Collate and report monthly quality KPIs with a Reporting Specialist. Own the Project Quality Plan and Lessons Learned. Mentor deputies for quarterly contractor audits, campaigns and focused inspections. Review and finalize key contractor quality documents such as plans, audits and NCRs. Mentor and monitor performance of Quality Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related field
• 15+ years experience in a quality role
• broad knowledge of quality requirements in foundations, structures, roadworks, utilities and MEP
• expert knowledge of construction quality processes
• prior experience as the lead quality role on a high‑value programme
• willingness to regularly spend time on‑site to verify quality practices and identify deficiencies
