Analyst - Stakeholder Engagement & Communications

Job description

The Analyst supports planning and execution of communication and engagement activities for workplace change initiatives, office moves, and employee transition programs. Responsible for developing clear employee communications, coordinating stakeholder engagement, and ensuring timely, effective information dissemination throughout the change journey.

Requirements

• Support development and delivery of communication and engagement plans for workplace change and move initiatives
• Prepare employee communications, stakeholder updates, move instructions, FAQs, and awareness materials
• Coordinate with Workplace teams and stakeholders to gather information and ensure communication readiness
• Monitor communication schedules and support timely delivery of key updates and announcements
• Track stakeholder feedback, concerns, and engagement activities to support successful change adoption
• Support reporting and analysis of communication effectiveness and stakeholder engagement outcomes
