Senior High Voltage Engineer (EOI) the employer invites expression of interest from experienced Senior High Voltage Engineers for upcoming full-time Power and Infrastructure projects, Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing technical leadership for the design and delivery of high voltage power systems. Role Overview The Senior High Voltage Engineer will lead the technical aspects of high voltage power systems, including transmission, distribution, renewable energy and major infrastructure projects. This position requires a professional with industry experience, with a focus on design and technical assurance. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of HV and HV substations, including AIS and GIS systems. Prepare and review substation layouts, single line diagrams, protection plans and technical specifications. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, facilities, contractors and stakeholders. Conduct protection studies, equipment selection and design reviews. Support procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and technical assurance activities. Providing technical guidance and direction to engineers and designers. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or any related field. - At least experience in high voltage power engineering. Strong experience in AIS/GIS substations and protection design. Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, utility standards and network code requirements. Experience in transmission, distribution, renewable energy or major infrastructure projects. Required skills: Strong technical leadership capabilities. Effective communication skills and stakeholder management. Previous project experience in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
