About the Role the employer is looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join their team, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting design review of major development projects. The role requires a professional with experience in landscape architecture, with a focus on ensuring compliance and providing expert guidance. Role Overview The Senior Landscape Architect will be based full time on site, playing a critical role in the design review process for significant development projects. This includes detailed examination of landscape designs, shop drawings, and technical renderings to support project standards and best practices. Key Responsibilities Review landscape designs, shop drawings and technical renderings while on site full time. Ensure that all designs and submissions comply with project requirements, applicable standards, and industry best practices. Provide technical guidance and make design recommendations to project stakeholders. Coordinate effectively with consultants, clients and other project stakeholders. Identify potential design issues, assess risks and identify opportunities for improvement. Support design review activities throughout the entire project life cycle. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or closely related discipline. At least in relevant landscape architecture, including significant construction experience. Strong experience in landscape design review, especially for large-scale developments. -Proven experience in major projects within the GCC region, with a preference for experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia. Strong understanding of landscape design standards and approval processes. Required Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong stakeholder management capabilities to effectively interact with various project parties. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in, Saudi Arabia. The role requires the Senior Landscape Architect to be based on site to facilitate direct engagement with project designs and teams

Requirements

• · Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or closely related discipline
