The Role of the AI Administrator The AI Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, ongoing maintenance, and improvement of AI models, automation scripts, and digital customer assistants, including the the employer AI Assistant. This full-time role in Jeddah, Makkah Province, serves as a bridge between data engineering, IT infrastructure (e.g. Odoo ERP environment), and day-to-day business applications across various departments including production, sales and logistics. Key Responsibilities Deploy, configure and maintain on-premises AI models, machine learning pipelines and predictive analytics tools for demand forecasting and inventory tracking. Manage and enhance the employer's Automated Assistant conversational algorithms to improve product matching to customers. Collaborate with your internal IT team to integrate AI-generated analytics, automated data attempts, and reporting dashboards directly into your core ERP software. a company. Ensure the integrity of key data, and maintain secure and clean trails for machine learning training loops. Monitor system response time, log errors, generate performance reports, and escalate core code issues to external technical partners. Develop technical documentation and user guides to assist non-technical department heads in leveraging AI productivity tools. Required Qualifications and Experience Candidates must have 5-10 years of relevant experience in AI management or similar field. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, within the employer operations.
