Job description

Develops and delivers operational and financial plans for an area/region in a single market, including project delivery and service operation management. Develops and executes workforce resource plan for operations and sales. Executes enterprise-wide strategy for recruitment, development and retention of subcontractors and in‑house labor. Drives continuous improvement and best practices to enhance effectiveness. Provides operations governance leadership and sustains executive‑level relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Proficient in operational and financial planning
• 6 years minimum experience
• proficient in developing and executing workforce resource plans
• knowledge of implementing enterprise‑wide recruitment and retention strategy
• proficient in continuous improvement and best practices
• proficient in operations governance leadership
• proficient in building executive relationships with customers
• university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
