Job description

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE: Supervise ongoing painting works of decorative projects to ensure the right product and correct coating application as per the employer's technical data sheets. RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and advise applicators on proper product use and on‑site assessment; inspect and prepare concrete surfaces for coating and report on painting activities for decorative and floor coatings; conduct quality control tests including film thickness, adhesion and visual inspections and proactively troubleshoot issues; engage contractors and train them to become certified the employer applicators; liaise with the Quality Control Lab for product troubleshooting; deliver product training for internal teams and customers while adhering to the employer HSEQ standards and using PPE in compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Paint Technology
• 3
• 4 years of relevant experience in technical service for decorative paint
• fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
• proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Outlook
• initiative and responsibility

• understanding of informal organizational structures and effective use of political processes
• methodical planning, clear priorities and resource allocation
• quick analysis of complex issues and sound judgment
