Job description

The planner role ensures optimal product availability. Maintain central replenishment at item and store level. Maintain central replenishment at distribution center level. Maintain replenishment attributes for products, DCs, and stores. Maintain replenishment parameters in the system following proper processes. Handle weekly promo cycle from planning to ordering and allocation. Control inventory levels to meet targets. Develop exit plans for overstock, aged, or near‑expiry items. Conduct analysis to evaluate performance and suggest improvements. Design and generate weekly and monthly statistical forecasting reports. Communicate volume forecasts with top suppliers promptly. Evaluate and improve monthly supplier forecasts. Participate in supply chain and company projects to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• proficient in handling weekly promo cycle from planning perspective
• proficient in controlling inventory level to meet target
• proficient in seeking exit plan for overstock/aged/near‑expiry items
• proficient in conducting analysis to evaluate business performance and identify improvements
• proficient in designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecasting reports
• proficient in communicating timely volume forecasts with top suppliers
• proficient in evaluating monthly supplier forecasts and improving them
• proficient in participating in supply chain and company projects to achieve business objectives
