Job description

the employer is seeking a Director for Market Research and Valuation in Riyadh. The role sits within the Residential Business Unit and supports senior leadership in shaping a large, evolving residential portfolio. Provides market intelligence and quantitative analysis to guide product strategy, development phasing, and investment decisions across multiple residential masterplans. Assesses economic, demographic, regulatory, and financing trends affecting the Riyadh residential market, builds supply-and-demand models, and translates data into clear recommendations on product mix, pricing, positioning, and rollout timing. Works closely with Development Strategy, Development, Investment, Design, and senior management to support highest‑and‑best‑use assessments, scenario analysis, and management presentations

Requirements

• Combine management consulting or real estate advisory experience with strong understanding of real estate products and development economics
• 6+ years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in economics or finance preferred, engineering acceptable
• MBA or Master's in Economics or Finance preferred
• extensive management or real estate consulting background (minimum 3 years, 6+ years preferred)
• strong understanding of real estate products through consulting engagements or real‑estate value‑chain roles
• extensive work on supply/demand models
• created highest‑and‑best‑use models and trade area assessments
