Job description

1stech, a subsidiary of Master Works, provides geospatial and data management solutions and represents global technology vendors in Saudi Arabia. The company seeks a GIS Specialist to support GIS projects through spatial data collection, processing, analysis, visualization, map production, and geodatabase management. The role requires solid technical knowledge of GIS platforms and effective collaboration with project and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geomatics, Geography, Surveying, Geospatial Engineering or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant GIS experience
• Good knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Pro and/or ArcGIS Enterprise
• Experience with spatial analysis, geoprocessing, map production, and geodatabase management
• Understanding of coordinate systems, projections, and spatial data formats
• Familiarity with Web GIS concepts and applications
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English
• Experience with ArcGIS Online
• Experience with ArcGIS Dashboards, Experience Builder, Survey123
• Experience with QGIS
• Experience with FME
• Experience with Remote Sensing
• Experience with GPS/GNSS and field data collection
• Proficiency in Python/ArcPy for GIS automation
• Proficiency in SQL and spatial databases
• Knowledge of 3D GIS and Digital Twin technologies
• Knowledge of GeoAI and AI‑enabled geospatial analysis
• Familiarity with BIM‑GIS integration
