Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic
• Senior level (mid-advanced)
• Experience in IT Service Management
• Knowledge of GRC, SAM, HAM, and CSM
• Ability to work full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Working within the Managed Services sector
