Sitewide will lead and oversee design management for mixed-use developments across the portfolio at a site level. This role requires a strategic leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience managing multi-disciplinary design teams in complex urban environments. The successful candidate will coordinate design efforts, ensuring alignment with project objectives, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations. Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Design Director will serve as a key decision maker driving innovation, excellence and integration across all site-wide design initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage site-wide mixed-use design projects, ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets and quality standards. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, and facilitate collaboration and integration between architecture, engineering and planning disciplines. Develop and implement design strategies that meet client and stakeholder requirements while promoting innovation and sustainability. Oversee design documentation, reviews and approvals across all projects at site level. Act as a liaison between the client, consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Manage risk, scope and schedule to support successful project delivery. Requirements: At least 10 years of experience in design management Preferably in large-scale, mixed-use urban projects. Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams on complex projects. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Understand local and international laws, standards and regulations.
