Job description

You will serve as a seasonal usher at The Groves, a premier lifestyle and entertainment destination in Riyadh, delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will warmly greet guests, provide directions, and assist throughout the venue to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable visit. Responsibilities include handling entry procedures, ticket sales, and providing accurate information about attractions, dining, entertainment, facilities, and event schedules. You will efficiently manage queue lists, monitor access to restricted areas, and respond to emergencies. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality, you will collaborate with security, guest services, and events teams to uphold The Groves' reputation for excellence
