Drilling Rig Foreman (Rig-Less)

Job description

Supervises field operations of land and offshore well completion sites owned by contractors or Saudi Aramco. Direct responsibility for drilling or workover of wells across the Kingdom, including deep, high‑pressure, sour‑gas, highly deviated or high‑cost wells. Ensures safety of up to 100 personnel and protection of multi‑million‑dollar equipment. Coordinates with Well Completion Operations headquarters, provides daily progress reports, and enforces safety and blowout‑prevention standards

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Engineering
• 10 years experience in well completion and high‑pressure wells
• or High School with ITC: English, ERW
• Math, MI
• 15 years experience in well completion and high‑pressure wells
• proven job knowledge for critical well operations
• proficiency in supervising teams
• proficiency in coordinating material and equipment orders
• proficiency in preparing daily reports
• proficiency in applying blowout‑prevention standards
• proficiency in on‑job training
• proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation
• attributes of sound judgment, dependability, honest work ethic, and leadership.
