As an Electrician, you’re not just maintaining the hotel’s physical safety and functionality – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: · Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas. · Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders. · Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry. · Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs. · Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention. · Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC, air quality control, and refrigeration equipment. · Demonstrate expertise in the repair and maintenance of VRF HVAC systems. · Maintain mechanical plant equipment and conduct daily inspections. · Monitor and control property temperature. · Monitor and analyze energy and utility consumption. · Calibrate controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment. · Assemble, install, test, repair, and maintain electrical systems and wiring. · Assemble, install, and maintain piping systems, fittings, valves, and related components. · Troubleshoot and repair water leaks, drainage systems, water supply systems, and other plumbing issues. · Troubleshoot and repair electrical power supply systems, control panels, relays, and electric water heaters.
