And follow-up projects (Planning Engineer) A real estate development company that works on implementing residential and commercial projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia announces the availability of joining the work team as a planning and follow-up engineer for projects in Riyadh - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Prepare and follow up on basic schedules and periodic updates for construction projects. Preparing and following up on cash flows for projects and linking them to implementation plans and completion rates. Analyzing completion rates and time deviations and preparing work progress reports. Prepare recovery and acceleration plans to address delays in coordination with project teams. Follow up on performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic reports for management. Coordination with project departments and financial management to ensure compatibility of time and financial plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline
• Practical experience in planning and monitoring construction projects, and proficiency in using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Experience in preparing and analyzing cash flows for projects (Cash Flow)
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and preparing performance reports
• High skills in analysis, organization, communication and working within a team
• Determined after the personal interview based on experience and competence
