Job description

You will study, design and develop buildings and urban spaces while adhering to local regulations, and will combine function, aesthetics and implementation costs to ensure the health and safety of users. It will participate in multidisciplinary projects to strengthen the social fabric and promote urban development, while implementing laws and identifying the human resources necessary to ensure successful implementation. You will be part of a team focused on social and environmental contexts full-time. Profession overview: Architects study, design and supervise the construction and development of buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure projects and social spaces. They are designed according to their surrounding environments and regulations applicable in specific geographic areas, taking into account factors that include function, aesthetics, costs, and overall health and safety. They are aware of social contexts and environmental factors that include relationships between people, buildings. They participate in multidisciplinary projects aiming to develop the social fabric of a geographical area and advance social urban projects. Typical tasks for this profession: • Develop designs for construction projects and manage the design team in selecting materials and developing specifications. • Preparing mock-ups, drawings and digital models. • Assist in selecting contractors and selecting materials. • Providing support for construction projects, and directly implementing the design by the contractor. • Prepare documents and reports specialized in engineering works and projects and their progress rates, display them, clarify them, and save them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture
• Experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in the Arabic language
