Job description

The role includes developing, maintaining, and updating detailed project schedules and baselines. Building work breakdown structures and logic‑linked programs. Tracking progress, updating actuals, and analyzing variance against baselines. Performing critical path and delay analysis and flagging schedule risks. Producing progress reports, look‑aheads, and schedule dashboards. Coordinating schedule inputs with project, engineering, and procurement teams. Supporting resource and milestone planning and integration. Maintaining schedule records and supporting claims and change management

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• proven planning/scheduling experience on large‑scale projects
• strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling techniques
• proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
• understanding of critical path, Earned Value Management and delay analysis
• construction or manufacturing project experience advantageous
• fluency in English written and spoken
• experience as Planner/Scheduler on large‑scale projects
• data‑center, mission‑critical or industrial project experience a plus
• track record of maintaining accurate, reliable schedules
• strong analytical and organizational skills
• attention to detail and accuracy
• clear communication of schedule status and risks
• proactive and deadline‑driven.
