Job description

The Service Engineer provides cost‑effective maintenance and optimizes technical performance of hardware. Provides remote technical support using the employer Remote Assistance tools. Performs first‑line trouble shooting to identify root causes. Aims for high first‑time fix rates and minimal recalls. Reports labor and parts usage with CAESAR coding. Optimizes stock inventory, rotation and balances it against return‑to‑fit visits
