Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in metallurgical research, mineral processing testwork, pilot plant operations, process development or extractive metallurgy
• hands‑on experience designing and executing metallurgical test programs and interpreting complex technical data
• experience supporting feasibility studies, process optimization initiatives, pilot campaigns and technology evaluations
• proficiency in metallurgical test design and execution
• proficiency in mass and metal balancing
• proficiency in flowsheet development and process optimization
• experience in pilot plant testing and scale‑up support
• proficiency in technical data interpretation and statistical analysis
• ability to solve technical problems and perform root‑cause analysis
• support for engineering and feasibility studies
