Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Energy Systems, or related discipline
• 4-6 years of experience in industrial, mining, sustainability, energy, technology, or innovation-driven environments
• experience supporting sustainability, energy optimization, or continuous improvement initiatives
• experience in performance analytics, reporting, and business insight generation
• experience working with cross-functional teams on operational or transformation projects
