CKA - Service Engineer , Khobar

Job description

As a Service Engineer, you will provide cost‑effective maintenance and optimize technical performance of hardware, including firmware upgrades and product applications via remote support using the employer remote assistance tools. Provide first‑line troubleshooting for most standalone and connected products. Achieve high first‑time fix rates and minimize recalls with efficient use of labor and parts. Report labor and parts investment using CAESAR coding structure. Optimize stock inventory and balance it against return‑to‑fit visits. Signal commercial opportunities to Sales and Marketing using OnSite‑InSight. Contribute to team development and overall service performance. Fully understand customer requirements to support the Solution Business Strategy. Liaise with the account manager on customer issues. Identify super‑users and provide training on the employer products and software, including printer drivers and features. Look for opportunities to develop other areas of the client’s business and coordinate with the account manager.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or diploma (electronics, mechanics, software)
• relevant experience in the service industry
• experience in understanding and following health and safety guidelines
• high technical aptitude with excellent fault‑finding skills
• good customer handling and communication skills, able to give customer instruction
• team player focused on optimizing team output
• good commercial insight and business acumen
• awareness to represent the employer at all times (behavior, communication, presentation/appearance)
• current GCC driving license
• able to work on own initiative and in a team environment
• ability to think outside the box when solving problems
• high level of accuracy to provide relevant/timely information
• ability to achieve good results while working under pressure
• diplomacy and good communication skills
