the employer announces its need for a Senior Maintenance Engineer - Industrial Engineering to work in the Eastern Province. Coordinates multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of construction and maintenance requirements. Plans, schedules, and directs construction and maintenance activities to achieve project milestones and performance targets. Oversees construction subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards. Prepares and executes construction and maintenance plans to support efficient project delivery. Ensures compliance with all relevant international standards, codes, and project specifications. Identifies and implements improvements in construction, maintenance, and operational practices. Monitors project progress, resolves technical issues, and supports decision‑making to maintain timelines and budgets
