E-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Executive

Job description

Responsible for managing daily operations of our e‑commerce store and platforms such as Zid, Amazon, Trendyol and other sales channels. The role covers the full order lifecycle from receipt to picking, packing, shipping and delivery, as well as inventory coordination and operational issue resolution. Manages daily orders via the Zid dashboard, reviews and processes orders, coordinates picking and packing with the warehouse team, monitors pending and delayed orders and takes immediate action. Oversees marketplace operations on Amazon, Trendyol and other platforms, monitors order and shipping status, handles cancellations, returns and replacements. Coordinates stock availability across the e‑commerce store, warehouses and branches, manages stock transfers and replenishment, identifies and resolves discrepancies between physical and system stock. Handles daily operational coordination with courier and logistics partners, ensures orders are assigned to the appropriate carrier, monitors AWB creation, shipment receipt and delivery status, follows up on delayed or failed shipments. Monitors recurring shipping issues and escalates as needed. Ensures accurate and timely order status updates across all systems and marketplaces
