Job advertisement - Quality Specialist Riyadh - Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the employer announces its need to appoint a quality specialist to join the work team. Follow up on the implementation of quality and food safety systems within the factory. Conducting tests and inspections of raw materials and finished products. Implement and monitor HACCP, GMP and GHP programs. Preparing quality reports, analyzing cases of non-conformity, and proposing corrective actions. Participation in internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and approved specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following specializations: Food Science
- Food technology/processing
- Nutrition
- Microbiology
- Chemistry
- Quality or any related specialty
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in food factories (preferred)
- Required or preferred certifications: HACCP certification. ISO 22000: Food Safety Management System certification. GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) certification
- It is preferable to obtain an Internal Auditor ISO 22000 or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certificate
