Job description

Job title: Medical Director. Tasks and responsibilities 1- Lead and manage medical departments and supervise clinical performance. 2- Supervising medical operations, following up on performance indicators, analyzing their results, and taking the necessary corrective measures. 3- Ensure that medical departments adhere to the rules, regulations, policies and procedures approved by the relevant regulatory authorities. 4- Developing clinical operations and raising the efficiency of services provided. 5- Monitoring the quality of health care and patient safety and promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement. 6- Providing medical advice and supporting the implementation of plans and tasks in coordination with various medical departments. 7- Contribute to developing and implementing plans to improve the patient experience. 8- Carrying out any other tasks related to the nature of the work and within the scope of specialization. Qualifications: 1- Saudi nationality 2- Bachelor’s degree in health administration or one of the related specializations. 3- At least three years of experience in health administration. 4- A valid professional registration from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. 5- Mastery of the English language

Requirements

• Qualification: Medical degree, PhD or equivalent
• Skill: License to practice the profession from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties
• Skill: At least 10 years of experience in clinical and administrative work
• Skill: Leading and managing medical teams
• Skill: Deep and comprehensive medical knowledge

• Location: Al-Qassim region
