Architect

Job description

An Architect is required - a recent graduate, with a job vacancy with the title of Architect to join the work team. Work type: full time. Architects investigate, design, and oversee the construction and development of buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure projects, and social spaces. They design in accordance with the surroundings and regulations applicable in specific geographic areas, taking into account factors that include function, aesthetics, costs, and public health and safety. They are aware of social contexts and environmental factors, which include the relationships between people and buildings, and buildings and the environment. They engage in multidisciplinary projects aimed at developing the social fabric of a geographic area and advancing in social urbanism projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Fresh graduate or minimal experience
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3ds Max programs. Good knowledge of architectural plans and designs
• Good skills in communication and working within a team
• The ability to learn, develop and take responsibility
• Analyze problems to come up with opportunities
• Interpretation of technical requirements
• Architecture laws
• Determine the necessary human resources
• Conducting field work
• Conducting field research
