Inventory Officer job vacancy - Jeddah A leading company in the food and beverage (F&B) sector in Jeddah announces the availability of a job vacancy with the title: Inventory Officer Duties and responsibilities: • Carrying out periodic and surprise inventory operations for inventory and branches • Matching actual quantities with the balances recorded in the system • Monitoring and analyzing inventory discrepancies and preparing the necessary reports • Following up on the movement of items and ensuring the accuracy of receipt, disbursement and transfer processes • Coordinating with warehouses, branches and relevant departments to address discrepancies • Contributing to reducing waste And loss and improving inventory accuracy • Preparing periodic reports on inventory results and submitting them to the relevant department Requirements: • At least one year of experience in inventory and inventory work in the food and beverage sector • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel programs and inventory systems • High accuracy and the ability to analyze and review data • Ability to work in the field and move between branches when needed • Commitment, discipline, and the ability to withstand work pressure Work location: Jeddah ⏱ Direct: as soon as possible
