Job description

The teacher’s role in preschool includes teaching young children and developing their basic skills. Conducting educational activities, preparing teaching materials, and monitoring children’s progress. About this profession: Prepare plan for teaching various subjects concerning kindergarten, teach children, evaluate their performance, prepare and save documents and reports associated with students’ performance, progress and personality growth. • Study and analyze the curricula of subjects and text books at kindergarten, identify the educational objectives, and prepare semester and annual study plans. • Prepare theoretical lessons’ plans, design, select and utilize the effective educational techniques and teaching methods, and manage the theoretical lessons. • Prepare, execute and manage plans for teaching associated activities as well as extracurricular activities. • Develop the appropriate teaching methods as well as measurement and evaluation tools to kindergarten students, and keep pace with the scientific and technical development in the fields associated with kindergarten. • Prepare reports and documents associated with students’ performance and achievement, and keep them on their corresponding database
