We are seeking a Procurement Specialist in Jeddah. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Experience in analyzing products, businesses, or systems. Experience in analyzing requirements and preparing functional documents and Workflows. Experience in analyzing digital systems and products. Knowledge of APIs, databases, and integrations. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently. Knowledge of SaaS products and systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, English, Journalism, or a related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in business development, or a related role； Previous experience within a marketing agency, consulting firm, events company, technology company, or professional services environment is highly preferred； Proven experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, RFQs, and client presentations； Excellent business writing, editing, and proofreading skills； Experience working with government procurement portals and tender platforms is preferred； Strong understanding of commercial proposals, scopes of work, and pricing structures； Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal
