Job description
The quality controller is responsible for preparing and following up on the food protection plan and its implementation. He prepares a food protection plan, conducts an assessment of weaknesses, and identifies and explains strategies for reducing deliberate risks and re-evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Manufacturing, Manufacturing Technology, Production Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Sciences
- experience between 1 and 3 years
- training or courses in food safety principles, food safety management, risk management
