Job description

Oversee and plan the preparation and updating of operational production schedules ensuring high efficiency according to timelines. Supervise wood product quality to meet technical standards and specifications. Lead and direct technical staff, engineers and workers to increase productivity and improve performance. Manage production lines, raw material inventory, reduce waste and optimize resource utilization. Apply top safety and occupational health standards across all plant departments. Location: Al‑Khubar, Saudi Arabia

Requirements

• Administration and Planning
• preparing and updating operational production plans and ensuring efficient workflow per schedule
• supervising wood product quality and ensuring compliance with technical standards and specifications
• leading and directing technical staff, engineers and workers to boost productivity and performance
• Resource Management
• monitoring production lines, managing raw materials, reducing waste and improving resource use
• implementing highest occupational safety and health standards in all plant areas
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial or equivalent)
• at least 10 years of hands‑on experience in wood industry and related activities
• Leadership Skills
• strong problem‑solving, team management and effective communication
