About the Role: We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Products to optimize the the employer Activities product. The role works closely with other product teams, leveraging data and customer feedback to refine strategies, meet business goals, and enhance user experience. Responsibilities: Conduct A/B tests using Amplitude to improve features; analytically prioritize high‑impact solutions; translate experiment results into user stories and criteria for implementation; collaborate within an integrated team (UX, Product, Tech) to create new features for web, mobile, and native apps; convert customer and business goals into measurable outcomes; work with other product teams to expand into new verticals; partner with Marketing, Content, Finance, Data, and Business Operations for efficient enhancements; actively engage in qualitative and quantitative research to prioritize customer problems; apply Scrum methodology to ensure quality and timely delivery; lead Scrum ceremonies to maintain efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• proven experience of at least 3 years as a Product Manager in travel and tourism or a similar industry
• knowledge of loyalty programs in the GCC region
• exposure to fintech and integration of innovative payment solutions in travel products
• proficiency in SQL for data analysis
• experience reading and interpreting Tableau dashboards
• ability to navigate Google Analytics
• proficiency in creating Google Analytics events is a plus
• data‑driven decision‑making approach
• experience translating data insights into actionable product improvements
