We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to oversee the establishment and operation of our new branch. Key responsibilities include: leading the establishment and preparation of the branch, building the educational and administrative team, ensuring the quality of educational application, complying with ETEC standards, managing performance indicators, and building partnerships with parents

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or a related educational field
• previous experience in educational leadership at the early childhood stage
• practical familiarity with ETEC standards and Ministry of Education regulations
• high skills in team leadership and operational planning
• experience in establishing new educational branches or projects is preferred
