Required to work in a contracting and finishing company - Riyadh. We are looking for competencies to join the work team: Location: Riyadh First: *Design engineer/female* Experience in architectural and interior design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3D Max or similar software. Preparing blueprints, operational designs and BOQ. Experience in finishing projects, restaurants, cafes, offices, showrooms and booths. Second: *Business Development and Marketing Manager* What is required is someone who has the actual ability to bring new contracts and projects to the company, not just electronic marketing. Required: Previous experience in bringing contracting, finishing, booths, and exhibition projects. Having good relationships with companies, developers, engineering offices, consultants and clients. The ability to reach decision-makers and obtain new opportunities and tenders. Preference will be given to those who have a previous record in bringing actual contracts and projects. The ability to follow up with the client from the first contact until the signing of the contract. It will be sent in priority to those who have actual relationships and a proven record in bringing contracting, finishing and installation projects
