Contract Engineer

Job description

This role involves managing contracts, claims, and changes. Responsibilities include managing change orders, communicating with stakeholders, and preparing reports. Knowledge of FIDIC or other standard contract forms is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• relevant experience in contracts or contract management or a related role
• proficiency in English
• knowledge of engineering software
• experience in project management
• drafting contract terms and technical specifications related to the project
• evaluating offers and proposals and preparing recommendation reports
• managing invoicing, payment, and financial receipts
• processing claims, changes, and change orders in accordance with the contract
• ensuring compliance with all contract terms and documenting any deviations
