Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
• Accreditation: Accreditation by the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Programming proficiency: Complete mastery of design and implementation programs (AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max / SketchUp)
• Technical knowledge: Comprehensive experience in preparing executive plans, the Saudi building code, and coordination between the various engineering specializations (MEP and construction).
• Tasks and responsibilities
• Project management and coordination: Supervising the implementation stages and following up on site work progress to ensure compliance with quality specifications and schedule
• Engineering coordination: Full coordination with the rest of the engineering disciplines (civil, electrical, mechanical), consulting companies, and contractors
• Reviewing approvals: reviewing and approving samples, shop drawings, and providing engineering solutions to field problems

• Team Management and Direction: Excellent leadership and management skills to deal with client and contractor teams
• Effective Communication: High skill in communicating and coordinating with clients, developers, and contractors
