IT Technician Job Opportunity Dhahran Qualifications and Requirements: - Saudi Citizens Only - Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, Cybersecurity or a related field. - Knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points. - Knowledge of Windows Server and Windows Desktop administration. - Good communication and analytical skills. - Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.: About this profession: ICT technicians install, maintain, repair and operate information systems and any ICT related equipment (laptops, desktops, servers, tablets, smart phones, communications equipment, printers and any piece of computer related peripheral networks), and any type of software (drivers, operating systems, applications). Typical duties of this profession: • follow up and evaluate the process of inputs collecting and analyzing; and develop means and methods for analyzing and designing, depending on the evaluation process. • Seek the latest appropriate means and tools of programming, examination and installment; monitor the cycle of software development; and develop, check and install computer hardware and software. • Diagnose and address any faults in the computer hardware and software; develop the preventive maintenance programs; and follow up their implementation. • Develop the work methods and procedures; and keep up with the technical developments. • Prepare, present, clarify, and keep on the relevant database, the specialized documents and reports related to engineering projects and works, as well as their progress ratio, as per the adopted policies and procedures

Requirements

• Follow up and evaluate the process of collecting and analyzing data and develop means and methods for the analysis and design process based on the evaluation process
• Searching for the latest appropriate programming, testing and installation methods and tools, monitoring the software development cycle, and developing, examining and installing computer equipment and software
• Diagnosing and treating malfunctions in computer equipment and software, developing preventive maintenance programs and following up on their implementation
• Developing work methods and procedures and keeping pace with technical developments
• Prepare documents and reports specialized in engineering works and projects and their progress rates, display them, clarify them, and save them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
