They take care of business to business contact and assume responsibility for complex repairs and maintenance process. Typical duties of this profession: • Provide technical consultations and product customization based on customer needs. • Follow up on complex processes related to product and equipment repair and maintenance. • Coordinate efforts between technical teams and the sales team to meet customer requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Deep understanding of technical specifications of products and equipment
• Advanced commercial and technical communication skills
